As a local, doctor-owned practice right here in Eagle, we are proud to serve the community we call home, from first-time visitors to longtime residents.
Families from Meridian and Star regularly make the drive to Eagle for care they trust, and we are glad to welcome them to our practice.
We also welcome patients from Garden City and the northwest side of Boise, giving families across the region an accessible dental home close to Eagle.
Level Up Family Dental is led by Dr. Grason Hadfield, who founded the practice to give patients the kind of experience he always wanted for himself: one built on real conversation instead of rushed appointments. He provides general and family dentistry, endodontics, and wisdom teeth removal, and is currently completing additional training in dental implants and Clear Aligners. Dr. Hadfield is also fluent in Spanish and is proud to offer that connection to Eagle’s growing Spanish-speaking community.
As a new, doctor-owned practice, we are building our team with the same care we bring to every patient. We invest in ongoing education and modern dental technology, so that as we grow, every person who walks through our door receives care that is thoughtful, current, and genuinely personal.
