We Work With the Insurance Plans Eagle Families Already Have

Idaho’s Treasure Valley is home to major employers, including Micron Technology, Saint Alphonsus Health System, and St. Luke’s Health System, all of which offer dental benefits to their teams. We built our insurance network around the plans those employers and Idaho state workers actually carry.

We are directly contracted with several PPO insurance companies, with a strong focus on the carriers most common in our area. That includes Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna, three of the most widely used dental plans among families in Eagle and Ada counties. If your coverage comes through one of these carriers, there’s a good chance you’re already in a strong position to use your benefits with us. We are also in-network with Guardian, Humana, United Concordia, and UNUM.

As a new practice, we’re intentionally building a mix of insurance-based and fee-for-service care. This lets us keep dental care accessible to as many Eagle families as possible while we grow. Over time, our goal is to offer even more flexibility, including an in-house membership option for patients without traditional insurance, so cost is never the reason someone puts off care they need.

Dr. Hadfield built Level Up Family Dental to be a true dental home for Eagle families, a place where you can get routine cleanings, restorative work, and long-term cosmetic care all in one office, without constantly being referred elsewhere. With training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry through the Navy, plus additional training in implant placement, Clear Aligners, and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Hadfield offers a wide range of services designed to keep your care simple and consistent, from the routine to the more complex.
